This entrepreneurial journey began when I was just a young man, working as a painter’s apprentice under my father’s tutelage while studying at senior high school. It was during this time that I noticed something crucial – beyond the quality of work, what truly satisfied customers were transactional transparency, good work ethics, and reliable customer service. These elements were often missing in our industry, making it challenging to build a trustworthy collaboration between customers and contractors or tradesmen. This observation sparked a desire in me to make a difference, to change the face of the painting and renovation industry. And so, the seeds of Professional Practical Service were sown.

Moreover, I noticed that many businesses in our industry were not offering comprehensive services. They would either focus on painting or renovation, but rarely both. And even fewer offered additional services like industrial structural maintenance and roof maintenance. I saw this as another opportunity for Professional Practical Service to stand out from the crowd. By offering a wide range of services, we could become a one-stop-shop for our customers’ needs, providing them with convenience and peace of mind.
